You are more than welcome to submit a change request for a project. It would cost 1 credit to make a change.
We do offer expedited delivery for an additional fee. If you’re working with a tight timeline, just let us know when you place your order and we’ll confirm if a rush turnaround is possible.
Every project we work on is custom-built using carefully selected furniture for each space. Because of this, we’re unable to offer refunds once an order is complete.

If you have a floor plan, please send it with your order. It helps us accurately scale furniture and understand the dimensions of each room.
Without a floor plan, we may not know the exact room size, which can lead to incorrect furniture sizing. If resizing is needed due to missing or inaccurate dimensions, an additional fee may apply.
Absolutely. One of our most requested services is furniture replacement — where we remove the existing items in the room and restyle the space from scratch. This is ideal for lived-in homes with outdated or overly personalized furniture.
