Ordering Information:
Once you purchase your credits and are ready to make an order:
Just email us at Info@VirtualSRG.com, and we’ll send over a simple outline of what we need and how to proceed.
A guide to better understand our new credit system:
- 1 Credit = Standard Virtual Staging
- 2 Credits = Full Furniture Replacement
- Example: Use 5 credits this week and save the rest for a future listing
- Credits Last For 12 Months From Date Of Purchase
Yup! - That would be considered furniture replacement. We remove the existing furniture & replace with our virtual furniture. The cost for this would be 2 credits.
Most orders are completed within 2-3 business days. Turnaround may vary based on the number of images and services selected.
We do offer expedited delivery at 1 credit per photo.
At this moment, for credit purchases, we have two options:
- We style the room with our lux design with a high end neutral look
- If you have seen a specific photo on our site that you'd like to us follow, you are more than welcome to share it
If you have a floor plan, please send it with your order. It helps us accurately scale furniture and understand the dimensions of each room.
Without a floor plan, we may not know the exact room size, which can lead to incorrect furniture sizing. If resizing is needed due to missing or inaccurate dimensions, an additional fee may apply.
If we make an obvious error of a photo that hinders the sale of a property (putting a bed in a living area) those fixes will always be done free of charge. If we need to make a general change of an item that would require 1 credit.

We use the most realistic and highest end virtual staging furniture you can find today. With that, our pricing is some of the lowest you will also find throughout the virtual staging circles and it's all done in America. This is important because we understand the style of furniture that is actually used within the United States compared to other companies that use off-shore & cheap companies to do it for them. We know the style and look that helps sell a property to an actual buyer.

Real staging happens in person and can take weeks — with furniture rentals and moving logistics involved. Both have their place, but virtual staging offers more flexibility and speed.
There’s no single “best” software. High-end virtual staging combines several advanced tools along with human design expertise. Our team uses multiple programs, but more importantly, we rely on experienced designers and staging specialists to guide the creative decisions.
The cheapest option isn’t always the best. A good virtual staging company understands design, layout, and what helps homes sell — not just how to drop furniture into a photo. Experience with real-world staging and luxury properties is key to creating visuals that feel intentional, not generic.
Yes, we can digitally modify things like wall color, flooring, and even cabinetry in many cases. These types of updates help buyers visualize a space with a more modern or neutral look — especially helpful when the original finishes are dated or overly bold.
As long as it’s disclosed, any software editing is a fair and effective marketing tool — much like showing a furnished listing photo from before the owners moved out. We always recommend clarifying that images are digitally enhanced, especially if permanent features like flooring or walls are altered. Adding before-and-after comparisons is a great way to show transparency.
Every project we work on is custom-built using carefully selected furniture for each space. Because of this, we’re unable to offer refunds once an order is complete.
