Terms & Conditions

This Agreement governs the relationship between Virtual Staging & Rendering Group, LLC (“Virtual Staging & Rendering Group,” “we,” or “us”) and the client (“you”). By placing an order with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

 

General Working Agreement

This document defines the terms and conditions of our working relationship. All services that Virtual Staging & Rendering Group (hereafter referred to as “Virtual Staging & Rendering Group” or “we” or “us”) may be contracted to produce or provide for you (hereafter referred to as “you” or “the client”) will be subject to the following:

 

Scope Of Services

You are hiring Virtual Staging & Rendering Group for the creation, editing, or modification of images, floor plans, or renderings for an agreed price, as outlined at the time of order.

We guarantee that the quality of work delivered will be consistent with the examples shown on our website. If, in our sole discretion, the delivered work does not meet that standard, we will make adjustments necessary to ensure quality.

All sales are final. Due to the custom nature of our work, refunds are not available except at our discretion.

 

What Do Both Parties Agree To Do?

  • Each project includes revisions only as outlined in the order confirmation.

  • Additional revisions or changes outside the original scope will be billed at our standard rates.

  • We reserve the right to determine whether a requested change falls within the agreed scope or requires additional billing.

 

Credits, Discounts & Refunds

  • Credits are valid for 12 months from the date of issue. After 12 months, credits automatically expire and cannot be reinstated.

  • Credits may not be exchanged for cash and cannot be applied retroactively to projects that have already been completed.

  • Discounts, promotions, and credits cannot be combined. Only one may be applied per order.

  • If a refund is offered, it must be accepted within 14 days of the offer. Otherwise, the refund option expires and the amount may only be held as a credit under these terms.

 

Turnaround Times

Turnaround times are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed. Each project is custom-built and may require more or less time depending on complexity and client communication.

Rush requests will be considered on a case-by-case basis but are not guaranteed, especially if placed outside normal business hours.

 

Client Content

By submitting photos, graphics, or other content to us, you confirm that you own the rights to the material or have obtained permission from the rightful owner.

By placing an order, you grant Virtual Staging & Rendering Group the right to use submitted materials, including final deliverables, for portfolio, marketing, or promotional purposes, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

 

Limitation Of Liability

Virtual Staging & Rendering Group is not responsible for delays, project outcomes, or client dissatisfaction resulting from incomplete, inaccurate, or unclear instructions provided by the client. Our liability will not exceed the total amount paid for the specific project in question.

By submitting an order, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
